Le Soleil D'Or Hotel - Vimoutiers

The central location of this old-fashioned hotel was a great advantage, and the twin room was extremely comfy with a beautiful view from the bedroom.

The hotel had easy and excellant location just next door to the prospect, Vimoutiers, and the square in Vimoutiers. The atmosphere created was quiet. The room was warm and great and complete with a nice view as well as the bedroom, I had everything needed.

During my recent travels, I found the stay at Le Soleil D'Or in Vimoutiers to be convenient for transit purposes. The hotel is located just 58 km from the nearest airport, making it a practical option for those looking for a place to rest before continuing their journey. the surrounding area has a certain charming appeal, which adds to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

I must mention that Le Soleil D'Or appeared quite tired and in need of some refreshing. I experienced some disappointment during my visit as I arrived for dinner at 8pm and felt unwelcome and like a nuisance.

The beds here are exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms are warm and great, located conveniently next to the town square and city center.

The location in the middle of town was superb, with a lovely view of the church and town square from our room's Juliette balcony. the room was clean and had everything we needed, including a comfy bed. the staff welcomed us by name and provided a full briefing of what to expect. Free parking outside in the square was a bonus.

The hotel had a charming decor with beautiful antique furniture that reminded me of my childhood. The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and elevators provided for convenience.

It would have been nice if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A bit more assistance and consideration would have made the vacation even better for us.
